50% down on Audio and here comes James Franco

Sep 6, 2010

Nothing feels better than a good old sweet after a decent game of tennis... really, helps settle the thoughts...and set you straight for a few seconds.
I can live with that for the moment.

Lots of things over the weekend but the personalized LV...tops the luxe do of the week for me.  Letting go of the Tom Ford Butterfly, big miss. Maybe the next time for sure.

Then there is the going back to basics on the "get your self in the better know" scheme of things that is underway - Ruskin Bond and some of his writings- are pretty much happening hence.
I'm also sort of trying to get to get hold of AJ Jacobs -My Life as an Experiment.
I'm a big fan of whatever he write-so this ones is on my must have list.

Ok, I've been thinking about James Franco...yes -this has gone a bit beyond my last  post, he has stayed with longer than I thought. Must be the alcohol...I've been doing lately (:p).

No, Seriously! This is one dude doing tons of stuff and loving every moment- and I'm talking about beyond the job of being a Movie Star.
Sure he looks neat...what even more neater is that apart for this he is a  "perpetual and enthusiastic graduate student" at Columbia, Film Student at the NYU, recently got himself into Rhode Island for Design...wow! I mean all this in between a Job of being an almost A-List star. It simply is fascinating.

*I'm almost envious- how many of us can all what we want to ?
Now, I have a huge list...rolls into pages and pages....and they do nothing but age... along with me.
At the least you have to credit the guy with massive enthusiasm for life.

I like his story.
I lust at the inspiration.
I like the thought of Freedom- the choice to be who you are and be everything you want to be and more. And...I like the word More.

I'm trying to dabble with something...bout there being No Path?- Mad Men has often made me thing and this is a bubbling view, now that its been many times with the Emmy's for them.
The thought is ...that there is No persistent Moral Code or Center
...Esq. thank you for putting it in words.
Is it pleasant at times to think that our gen is probably much screwed up than our forbearers...troubling, insight.
Past is never the past...it catches up with us, sooner or later.

I also have an another theme- trusting counter intuition. This one for another day.

(*Dude- just dont screw up now ok ? Now that I'm sorta admiring you !)
