Bloody Hell!

My city is under siege...this is so unbelievable...so frustrating and so audacious of the terrorist...
Its so difficult to comprehend that mayhem can be created so easily.

I feel such tremendous anger and so many other emotions, its difficult to believe that a place we practically spend 90% of our waking moments 5 days a week...is now a battleground.

But I do salute the brave Policemen, ATS officers, NSG... everyone who is defending the city against this maniacal act ...we owe u.

Have been glued to the telecasts all thru the unfolding of events...its difficult to stay away, especially when u work on that ground zero area...and its shocking to see these young, "Varsace" clad, clean cut young guys...barely between 20-25 doing this. What makes makes them commit to undertake such attrocities is something waybeyond comprehension...what kind of malicious hate runs thru their veins...and why??

We too need to figure out our safety measures and its frustrating to also note that when the coasts were time and time singled out are weak spots...there was absoloutely nothing done to sew up the loophole...the incident was just waiting to happen.

Also, another point of reflection... as this really crossed my mind and I'm not trying to be biased or take sides... for the past two weeks or more all that media and law forces were doing was concentrating on " saffron terror"...and look just whats happened...there is a bigger "terror" that we need to really worry about.
I am not trying to justify any kind of terror at all... but clearly we could have given more thot in trying to prevent the offensive that was just waiting to happen.

I love this city, like all ardent mumbaikars do... we will fight this out.
