And now there are a million pieces of me
Some large fragments -
hard to miss, easy to hold ,
easy to dispose .
Some so tiny -that you can't see
but they hurt the most.
And what of that hurt that bleeds ?
that tiny fragment that cuts through the skin
Through nerve and sinew and then your soul.
Broken glass is sharp for sure !
