Gone Goa : Land of the Lost and How it was not easy being a Vegetarian.

Heartman and I grouped up with 10 other assorted lots ( big mistake : number 1) and drove down to “ Golden Goa” (big mistake :number 2 ).
May be it was our timing or maybe that’s the way the city decided to open up to us…but I for one was un impressed. I think the only redeeming factor was the two of us together.

I was un impressed on may counts : Over hyped beaches, Zombie crowd, and the accented Indian street vendors! Gimme a break!
Ok, so this is India right and we are high up on vegetarianism… but was just so amusing not to find proper vegetarian food and the food joints were quite condescending when asked for it.

I didn’t quite appreciate the sight of spaced out parents trudging around really little kids.

On another note, I am never going to listen to Trance for another billion years!

Goa, didn’t do me much good on many levels- sadly.
